ReZa Service Documentation

ReZa Service connects Zabbix to the ReZa app and securely forwards events as encrypted push notifications.

Installation

For a quick native installation on a supported system:

curl -fsSL https://repos.rms.center/reza/1.4.0/assets/install.sh | sudo bash

Piping a downloaded script directly to a shell is convenient but does not give you an opportunity to inspect it first. For production systems, download and review the script before running it:

curl -fsSLo reza-install.sh https://repos.rms.center/reza/1.4.0/assets/install.sh
curl -fsSLO https://repos.rms.center/reza/1.4.0/assets/SHA256SUMS
sha256sum --check --ignore-missing SHA256SUMS
less reza-install.sh
sudo bash reza-install.sh

After installing ReZa Service, import media_reza.json into the Zabbix frontend under Alerts > Media types > Import.

Supported systems

Native package installation is documented for the following Linux distributions:

  • AlmaLinux
  • CentOS
  • Debian
  • openSUSE
  • Oracle Linux
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Rocky Linux
  • Ubuntu

Alternatively, ReZa Service can run from the public, versioned container image with Docker, Podman, Docker Compose, or Podman Quadlet. The current container image is available for linux/amd64; use native packages on ARM64 and i386 systems.

docker pull repos.rms.center/reza/reza:1.4.0

Additional information

The guides include examples for configuration, TLS, proxy operation, systemd, upgrades, and test notifications. Always use a specific ReZa Service version in production.
